- Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted from the purchaser identified on the original invoice.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by all supporting documents, including the gem identification report, within 14 days of delivery.
- The original invoice must be included with the return.
