  • Prices displayed on our website, promotional materials, or invoices are final and subject to applicable taxes and charges.
  • Payments must be made in the invoiced currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply for international transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Items are shipped via reputable courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx).

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Loose sapphires may be returned or exchanged (excluding shipping charges and taxes) under the following conditions:

    • Returns are only accepted from the purchaser listed on the invoice.

  • Non-refundable Costs:
    • Import taxes imposed by the buyer’s home country and return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed in the original invoiced currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refunded amount.
